SomeDailyWords is a fully static website. It runs entirely in your browser and has no backend server, no database, and no user accounts. No personal data is transmitted to or stored on any server by this application.

All content — HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and fonts — is served as static files. Your texts and settings are stored exclusively in your own browser's localStorage and never leave your device.

3. Data stored in your browser (localStorage)

This application uses your browser's localStorage to save your texts and settings (daily word goal, dark mode preference) locally on your device. This data:

• is stored only on your device
• is never transmitted to any server
• is not accessible to us or any third party
• can be deleted at any time via your browser settings or the "Clear all data" function in the app settings

localStorage is a browser storage mechanism used here for purely functional purposes (storing your own content). It is not used for tracking or profiling and does not require consent under GDPR.

4. Cookies

This website does not use cookies.

5. Server logs

When you access this website, your browser establishes a connection to the web server hosting the static files. The hosting provider may log standard technical data in server access logs, including your IP address, browser type, and the files requested. This is standard infrastructure behaviour outside our control. Please refer to the privacy policy of the respective hosting provider for details.

We do not operate our own server infrastructure for this application and have no access to such logs.

6. No analytics or tracking

This website does not use any analytics tools, tracking pixels, fingerprinting, or third-party scripts of any kind. No data about your behaviour on this site is collected or shared.

All fonts, stylesheets, and scripts used by this website are hosted locally alongside the HTML files. No requests are made to external CDNs, Google Fonts, or any other third-party service when you use this application.
